Duties include recognizing, identifying, and proposing potential solutions to a variety of management and administrative challenges. Activities may include identifying inefficiencies, developing tracking systems, and implementing new automation or related processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in internal processes, coordinating schedules and calendars, coordinating correspondence and internal and external communications.Compiles data related to the Division of Behavioral Health program administration and prepares draft reports for review at all levels. Generates customized spreadsheets as needed to support decision-making. Monitors processes and procedures and proposes improvements to promote cost savings.Provides policy review on matters related to program administration. Provides support for national behavioral health program evaluation, including compiling outcome measures, drafting reports and briefings for internal and external customers.
