For more information, visit www.ifc.org IFC's Human Resources (HR) Department provides strategic partnership to the business to develop and implement workforce strategies and meet organizational goals, including attracting, developing and deploying diverse and skilled talent. Led by the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Resources, the IFC HR team delivers products and support that meet the business needs of IFC across the following areas:* Client Services (CHRCS) - offers strategic HR partnership, program implementation, support and solutions to staff and management globally;* Talent and Incentives (CHRPM) - designs best practice HR solutions in onboarding, career management and mobility, performance/talent management, incentives and awards, and leadership development;* Employment Framework and Recruitment (CHRPE) - designs and implements HR programs in the areas of HR strategy, policies and procedures, departmental project and knowledge management, diversity and inclusion, and talent acquisition; and* Strategic Initiatives (CHRIN) - manages key HR initiatives, such as Board engagement, fragile and conflict states, workforce planning, position management and people analytics and reporting.We are seeking for a Human Resources Officer to join our People Analytics function in the Strategic Initiatives unit. This position will lead predictive/descriptive analysis using statistical methods, develop Tableau dashboards on key HR metrics and communicate insights through engaging reports, presentations, and briefings. Duties and Responsibilities:* Apply your experience in Human Resources, quantitative analysis, data science and data visualization to add value to address HR business problems at the institutional level.* Lead the development of predictive models on topics like attrition, quality of hire, retention, employee performance, pay equity, diversity and inclusion.* Use your experience with database management/querying, data mining and statistical programming.* Lead the automation of reports and data products for the department.* Develop Tableau dashboards on HR data. Incorporate advanced Tableau functionality including parameters to change dashboard layouts, level of detail calculations, dual axis charts, dashboard actions, etc.* Demonstrate experience working with Tableau server (eg, publishing, extract refreshes, user management)* Communicate analyses and results, along with implications, to technical and non-technical audiences.* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in teams in fast-paced work environments.* Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with confidential HR data.Selection Criteria* At least 5 years of relevant experience focused on analytics and/or HR, preferably in a global organization; private sector experience is an advantage.* Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Information Technology, Business Administration, Organizational/Industrial Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field.* Advanced skills using a statistical computing language such as R (preferred), Python or Stata. Experience with HR systems and/or Business Intelligence tools is a plus.* Advanced skills using Tableau (preferred) or other data visualization tools (eg.
