Together, let's transform the way the world pays.Job DescriptionOur Visa Human Resources Business Partner team is seeking a HR Manager in supporting the planning and implementation of our people agenda efforts and providing client-focused support. As a member of theHRBP team, the HR Manager will manage various stakeholders around the world to execute Visa's global HR initiatives.We have multiple positions available in multiple locations, supporting different teams. If applying, please also indicate your desired location in the comments section along with your willingness to relocate to other locales as appropriate.Position Summary:Support the development of strategic Human Resources plans aligned to business strategies/goalsEstablish a strong partnership with business leaders serving as a resource/consultantUse data to influence and drive an unbiased decision-making processProvide coaching to people Managers on Human Resources, people and organizational mattersAct as primary driver for cyclical programs including, but not limited to, annual review, talent review and promotionsEstablish project plans, deliverables, and timelines for execution of activities and eventsPartner with the HR peers and in Centers of Excellence to support delivery of programs and solutions related but not limited to Talent, I, Recruiting, Retention and Growth & DevelopmentManage escalated communications of employee changes to AskHR, Payroll and BenefitsAssist with site-specific responsibilities that may include supporting site programs, fielding HR inquiries and working with site leadership on the site-specific people agendaQualificationsBasic:4 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (eg Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD degreePreferred:5+ years increasing level of experience in an HR roleProven ability to work and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Good numerical and analytical skills; knowledge of advanced excel a plusStrong communication skills (research, writing, editing, presentation and speaking).Ability to work both independently and as a strong, supportive team memberAbility to establish and build effective, lasting relationships with colleagues, partners, and key stakeholdersExceptional organizational skills with high degree of attention to detail.Exhibit advance planning, project, and organizational and problem-solving skillsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.This position will be performed in an office setting.
