IFMS Salesforce Functional AnalystJob Category:Information TechnologyMinimum Clearance Required to Start:NoneEmployee Type:RegularPercentage of Travel Required:Up to 10%Type of Travel:LocalJob Description:Job Description: CACI is currently looking for a Salesforce Functional Analyst to join our team that supports a custom-built food distribution management system, Integrated Food Management System (IFMS), for the USDA's Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR). Candidate will be part of a team responsible for the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications. Your primary focus will be analyzing business requirements and working with developers to design an effective solution within the Salesforce application. You will be working with clients and developers and administrators. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.What You'll Get to Do:Support the USDA's IFMS system built on Salesforce Lightning platform and integrated with the Rootstock Cloud ERP.Plan, lead and conduct meetings with the clients to gather business requirements and design solutions within the Salesforce/Rootstock implementationUse Agile methodology to manage Product backlog and assist in sizing and prioritizing change requests with clients and end usersAnalyze complex business requirements and develop solution options for implementation within Salesforce/Rootstock implementation while detailing benefits and risks.Work with Salesforce development team to translate business requirements into technical solutionCreate data flow and process flow diagrams to enable better system understandingWrite and execute test scripts to test enhancements and bug fixes to make sure they properly meet the user requirements.Review schedule and contents of Salesforce and Rootstock maintenance releases and help identify impact on the current solutionCreate and Update Cases and Coordinate resolution with Salesforce Support Team using Case Management PortalAssist Transition team in onboarding new user groupsAssist with the development, planning and execution of the system development strategy aligned with client priorities.Manage data setup for testing, training and production environmentsDesign custom dashboards and reports in response to user needs and client priorities.You'll Bring These Qualifications:Strong interpersonal communication, written communication skills and customer service skillsAn ability to explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to others who may have minimal technical knowledge5+ years' business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering andcreating/deploying solutions to end users2+ years' experience with Salesforce application development projects1+ years using Agile Delivery (Scrum and/or Kanban)Experience with Jira and ConfluenceExperience usingSalesforcedata tools (Data Loader)Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlinesAbility to work individually (self-motivated) and within a team environmentAbility to communicate effectively with users, clients and managementBachelor's degreeThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Experience with system administrator activities - creatingProfiles, Roles, Permission Set, Sharing rules, Page Layouts, Record Typesand configured permissions for each profile in the organizationExperience with Rootstock Cloud ERPSalesforce Administrator CertificationCompany Overview:At CACI, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by providing information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian customers.
