DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *Manage the full cycle recruitment process including resume reviews, phone interviews, interviews by hiring managers, decision meetings, extending offers/negotiation, create offer letters, and facilitating the onboarding processDevelop a strong candidate pipeline, increase the quality of hires, and reduce time to hirePartner with hiring leaders to support locations that are struggling to find hourly talentSeek out candidates through a variety of sourcing means such as research, web searches, referrals, social media, job fairs, open houses, and other avenues for current and future openingsCoach, train, educate, and influence hiring leaders on effective recruitment techniquesLead/Participate in ongoing process improvement projects to enhance the recruitment processOpen and close requisitions in the Applicant Tracking SystemParticipate with the talent acquisition team in building the company's reputation as an employer of choice by networking, developing community partnerships, recruitment branding, and increasing industry visibility through various other channelsQUALIFICATIONS *2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environmentExperience with high-volume recruiting is a mustPrior experience recruiting for light industrial environments is preferredAbility to produce results with minimal guidanceEDUCATION *Minimum high school diploma or GED*The above requirements describe the general nature and level of work only.
