As the SR HR Ops Specialist - Talent, you are an integral part of this transformation, at the forefront of our employee experience. As part of the Americas HR team, reporting to the HR Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for leading the candidate experience. You will facilitate the recruitment activities for roles within all departments - development & support, sales, services, G&A, etc. You enjoy the thrill of the chase and the exhilaration of the close! You serve as a trusted and respected resource to candidates and hiring managers, providing counsel and support to hiring strategy/approach, inform competitive compensation and benefits strategies, talent landscape, and workforce planning initiatives for the Americas region. The role is absolutely integral to providing a link between company practice, management efforts, and employee impact. Responsibilities:In conjunction with our global Talent Acquisition team (Sourcing), you will effectively support recruiting including intake, surge sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and closing highly qualified candidates and increasing our talent pipelineProviding excellent candidate and internal customer service, positive experience is key!Planning and participating in events such as networking groups, industry conferences, college recruiting etc.Developing recruiting materials and strategies that ensure a successful search; creating/revising requisitions; compelling job board presence, position-specific screening questionnaires, candidate feedback forms, etc.Driving communication and accountability with hiring managers to establish collaborative relationshipsPartnering with the HR team for seamless transition to pre-boarding and on-boarding; you own this relationship and ensure a great startCollaborating with global talent colleagues in areas including DE&I, compliance, HRIS, employer branding, etc.Special projects in support of the overall HR Ops department Requirements:Proven track-record of successfully pipelining and closing Sales and Tech talentExperience with ATS & HRIS required, Workday preferredFocused on candidate experience and customer serviceThrive in a fast-paced environment, working autonomously and collaborating as part of a team in balanceExceptional negotiation, research, consulting, and sourcing abilities Demonstrate business acumen along with legally compliant/effective recruiting methodologiesCompelling conversationalist; proficient and professional, able to capture attention of highly in-demand talentExcellent analytical skills and a passion for metric-driven resultsBachelor's Degree preferredMinimally 5+ years' experience or exposure to high volume recruiting Additional Skills:Knowledge and understanding of cutting-edge technology Ability to operate strategically and have a hands-on approachEntrepreneurial spiritExperience leading cross-functional collaboration A sense of urgency, assertiveness, and ability to influence CultureWe have an open-minded culture and many exciting projects where you have the freedom to "be your best you".
