Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Iron Bow Technologies is seeking a Chief Technology Officer - Civilian to join our growing team. Responsible for the senior leadership of the technology direction and associated offerings to the Civilian market Works closely with sales account teams to establish business and technical approach to market offerings Leads effort to implement short and long term strategies, tactics, work plans and projects that support company and partner sales offerings of information technologies May serves as member and leader of various corporate committees and task force groups Uses expertise to ensure an appropriate and effective sales support through product research and selection, written guidelines, organizational standards and functions and workplace methods and procedures Developed technical standards for pre and post sales technical resources for technology specific documentation, testing and training, resource analytics, service standards and system design Consults in development of technology specific project management techniques Works in conjunction with peer technology leaders within the company to establish cross practice opportunities Additional duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: BS + 18 year related experience in IT executive management Experience working with Civilian and Federal customers Iron Bow Technologies is a leading IT solution provider dedicated to successfully transforming technology investments into business capabilities for government, commercial and healthcare clients.
