A' He/she will often work multiple projects and related tasks with the expectation of addressing broad, strategic issues (eg policies, concept of operations, stakeholder engagement, contract management) as well as tactical concerns (eg, near-term schedules, testing, readiness reviews). He/she must be a self-starter who takes the initiative to address the government's tasks, and proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities; assess, develop, and communicate recommendations for solutions or courses of action. The successful candidate will provide value-added judgement on a full spectrum of activities.A' The position requires a current TS/SCI clearance withA' polygraph and will be located in the Belvoir Area. A' Specific customer challenges involve migrating new capabilities into an enterprise environment while ensuring approaches maintain maintaining operational effectiveness of legacy systems. Specific job functions include the following: * Assist with the development and implementation of processes to speed the transition of lab- developed applications into the operational baseline. * Identify, establish and track pilot projects for continuous operations Knowledgeable of development of new ideas in the labs and transition to operationsA' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' * Development of enterprise architecture and technology development roadmaps * Provide technical review and assessment of program development and readiness activities.A' Coordinate recommendations with government stakeholders and support regular program status reviews. * Establish and maintain close effective coordination with other site Divisions, review, document, and track project progress.A' * Develop documents and briefings to communicate work or study status, brief government and industry as required. * Support transition of tools into operational environments. * Produce technical documents, reports and presentations for customers. * Responsible for system engineering and technical execution of projects that cover hardware/software system development, test and final integration on customer platforms. * Must be self-motivated with good interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. *Qualifications* TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience. A' * Extensive Information Technology, Cybersecurity, operational and systems engineering experience * Project management experienceA' with delivered systems * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously * Ability to work independently and with a team * Extensive recent familiarity with NRO missions and organizations preferred * ArticulateA' verbal and written communicator; confident in presenting and explaining recommendations & analyses to all levels of seniorityA' * Ability to operate effectively with contractor, SETA, FFRDC, and Government teammates * Expert user in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, Project, Visio) required SAIC is a premier technology integrator solving our nation's modernization and readiness challenges.
