Description: SUMMARY (Part- Time) (Remote with periodic on-site visits). Website Developer III- Ft. Belvoir, VA (occasional travel to Crystal City, VA may be required) Provide the PEO EIS Strategic Communication Directorate with strategic communication support services in public affairs, event management, digital media, graphics, industry relations, and congressional affairs disciplines at Ft. Belvoir, VA. RESPONSIBILITIES Work involves the technical planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and management of Internet and intranet activities (including other computer-based visual media). Work includes systems and application development, installation, configuration, and implementation, and technical management of websites. Provide application enhancements, to include monthly deployments, hotfix deployments, monthly module updates, ad-hoc analysis of google analytics, ad-hoc user testing to inform new features and enhancements to existing functionality. Provide changes to existing graphics or page layouts. Address broken functionality of web forms, links and modules, error fixes or other required technical support. . Requirements: Minimum of bachelor's degree + 8 years' experience in web development, serving as the internet expert and Webmaster. SECRET Security Clearance Required. Certification in and expert knowledge of Drupal CMS. Experience developing, coordinating, and implementing comprehensive Internet programs. Knowledge of computer and networking applications, principles, concepts, and methods. Stays abreast of latest developments in website tools and technology, and implements these new developments on PEO EIS website, eis.army.mil.
