Stand Together is seeking an experienced, hands-on manager who can build and execute a strategic roadmap for our IT infrastructure. This role would be responsible for our hybrid cloud environment, on-premise servers, networking, and collaborating with the Security team to ensure processes and systems are meeting security standards. This role will include managing vendors and technical contractors, establishing IT policies and procedures and will be responsible for disaster recovery. This also includes advising leadership and decision makers on key operational business metrics, risks, and options. Your Responsibilities Include Supervise a team of IT Engineers, setting the team up for success through performance coaching and talent development, with an emphasis on connecting the team to how they add value to Stand Together's vision Build and maintain trusting partnerships with peers, customers, vendors, and the IT team Manage and reconcile the team's financial obligations -ensuring funds are appropriately being used and our systems and vendors are optimized Establish strategic plans for team and system maturity based on best practices and organizational priorities Build a team culture of innovation, professionalism, and delivering on commitments Monitor, measure, and maintain system reliability Keep abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements to bring ideas that will help advance the team's goals Provide oversight to network vendor to ensure resiliency, prevent outages and maintain system continuity Manage IT projects, ensuring value propositions are well defined, alternatives are explored, and success criteria are met Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization 5+ years of hands-on IT Infrastructure experience in servers and cloud 2+ years of experience leading a team, with an emphasis on coaching, mentoring, and talent development Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Proven experience in strategic planning with an ability to make business recommendations rooted in value or results Demonstrated project management skills Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure Cloud fundamentals Standout Candidates May Also Bring Bachelor's degree in Infromation Technology or related field of study Expertise in DevOps Expertise in AWS/Azure AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or more advanced cloud certifications About Us Stand Together helps social entrepreneurs supercharge their efforts to help people improve their lives.
