Responsibilities You will become a successful Sales Representative by: Building your book of business by generating leads and cold calling potential customers over the phone. Creating relationships with potential and current customers to grow your business and theirs Problem solving -Anything can happen from pick up to the delivery of your shipment. Those bumps in the road can be challenging, but they keep our days interesting.
