Dewberry is currently seeking a Facility Operations Coordinator with a focus on administrative support for fleet vehicles, commercial leasing, security, contracts, purchasing, and other administrative programs based in our Fairfax, VA headquarters. This position will report directly to the Senior Logistics Coordinator, and the Director of Logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Fleet vehicle program support
  • Security operation / access control support for headquarters and remote office locations
  • Commercial lease administration support
  • Facility purchasing requisition entry and contract support
  • Helpdesk management
  • Department records management
  • Logistics department mail
  • Logistics coordination of activities with internal/external customers
  • Office supply ordering
  • Invoice processing
  • Insurance claim processing
  • Signage and nameplate procurement and installation
  • Office relocation support (Travel required: less than 10 days per year)
  • Facilities projects administrative support
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned


Required Skills & Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-3 years of previous related work experience
  • Proven track record of dependability
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast pace corporate environment
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Facilities management experience preferred
  • Commercial leasing experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills required
  • Excellent MS Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
