Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Process new requests/orders
  • Schedule estimates/jobs
Qualifications/Background profile:
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in retail, restaurant or call center environments
  • Experience in construction, landscaping, pest control, or similar type of work (residential services) is preferred but not required
  • Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
  • Comfortability and availability to commute into an office setting and work business day hours
