As an increasing number of large digital publishers move their critical business processes to Arc XP, we are in need of talented full stack support engineers who are experienced at working with clients to guide front end feature development and backend integration processes.

The ideal candidate has a passion for customer success and is excited about the opportunity to improve and stabilize the existing code base as well as design innovative solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers.

The full stack software engineer is part of our Professional Services organization and will work closely with project teams within Professional Services as well as Account Management, Platform Engineering and Product Management organizations.

*This position can be 100% Remote in the US for the right candidate*

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to customers who are building front end features or implementing backend integrations with the Arc XP stack.
  • Work directly with client engineering teams to guide development on Arc's best practices, troubleshoot issues, review code and provide feedback during the onboarding phase.
  • Document solutions on a shared knowledge base.
  • Assist with driving process improvements and the use of KPIs to measure progress.
  • Own and independently manage high priority issues.
  • Contribute to code development on Professional Services projects to stay abreast of new capabilities within the Arc suite.
  • Continually learn and expand your knowledge of Arc's products and services.
  • Collaborate with account management, platform engineering, and product management to share product feedback on the client experience.


Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years in a customer facing technical support engineering role.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript or React.
  • Experience using REST APIs to interact with data.
  • Experience working within an agile development framework.
  • Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage context switching and to organize time efficiently across multiple clients and projects.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skill and passion for problem solving and operational excellence.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Experience working on enterprise level, large scale distributed systems.
