Responsibilities

Major duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
  • Assists with the development of operating policies, guidelines, and standards for the operations and maintenance of the eCMS system to meet overall information needs of multiple major organization units.
  • Supports the sustainment, operations, maintenance, and enhancement of the D365-based electronic case management system and their integrations.
  • Develop reports in D365 and PowerBI for annual, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting needs.
  • Serves as a Product Owner, providing technical advice and direction on all software engineering related issues for the improvement of OSC electronic case management system.
  • Determines project objectives and sets priorities; anticipates potential threats and opportunities within projects and systems.
  • Serves as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on related IT contracts.

Qualifications

You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess information technology related experience demonstrating each of the four required competencies:
  • Attention to Detail- Assisting with document design, tasks, bugs, user stories, requirements
  • Customer Service- Supporting review and risk assessment of Change Requests
  • Oral Communication- Communicating any issues, problems, or risks to leadership with recommended solutions
  • Problem Solving - Testing, debugging, and maintaining a software program
  • In addition to the above requirement you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level performing at least one of the following duties:
  • Assisting with the development of operating policies, guidelines, and standards for the operations and maintenance of an electronic case management system
  • Supporting internal user on the use of an electronic case management system
  • Assisting in the development of reports for annual, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting needs
  • You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess information technology related experience demonstrating each of the four required competencies:
  • Attention to Detail- Creating document design, tasks, bugs, user stories, requirements
  • Customer Service- Leading review and risk assessment of Change Requests
  • Oral Communication- Communicating any issues, problems, or risks to leadership with recommended solutions
  • Problem Solving - Utilizing professional judgement, critical thinking skills and research to resolve issues affecting system performance
  • In addition to the above requirement you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level performing at least one of the following duties:
  • Providing technical advice and direction on software engineering related issues for the improvement of an electronic case management system
  • Developing reports for annual, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting needs
  • Serving as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on related IT contracts
  • Preparing and presenting briefings to senior management officials on complex issues and trends
