Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a local tech company that is looking for an experienced Sales Enablement manager to help create and implement a sales onboarding and training program. This person will work in conjunction with senior leadership in sales and develop training content which will help improve the overall success of the sales team. An ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Sales Enablement or training role at a tech company, excellent communication skills, a complete understanding of the sales process and be willing to take a strategic and intuitive approach to training. *This position will eventually require you to be local to the DC Metro area.

  • Develop and implement a sales training program and onboarding strategy
  • Create content designed to improve the sales process and lead training for both new and tenured employees
  • Get sales team caught up to speed with new marketing/enablement materials
  • Create and lead training for sales playbooks

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 4 years previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the sales process, methodologies and ongoing sales enablement
  • College degree strongly preferred
  • Salesforce experience
  • Experience in a company going through hypergrowth or start up is highly preferred
