Position Overview:

The Multifamily Division of Freddie Mac is looking for an Office of Trustee Senior to join our team.

The main responsibilities of the hired candidate will include:

1. Administration of Office of the Trustee key responsibilities including new deal execution, trustee accountability matrix and conflict of interest evaluations.

2. Processes and transactions supporting accurate Trust Account activity and fund flows.

3. Management of internal/external trustee relationships and data exchange.

**This position can be performed currently from a remote location in the U.S. but will require presence in a Freddie Mac office in the future.***

These activities help to facilitate the corporate mission of liquidity and affordability of rental housing market. Your Impact:
In this role, you will be an integral part of the Office of the Trustee, overseeing the day to day operations necessary to support the growth of the Multifamily securitized portfolio of loans and securities. As part of the team you will be expected to do the following:

1. Administration of Office of the Trustee key responsibilities including new deal execution, trustee accountability matrix and conflict of interest evaluations.

2. Processes and transactions supporting accurate Trust Account activity and fund flows.

3. Management of internal/external trustee relationships and data exchange.

Qualifications:

1. Experience with mortgage capital markets or trustee activities.

2. Familiarity with the structure of K-deals, PCs, REMIC trusts as well as TEBS affordable program a plus.

3. Legal, compliance, audit or risk management experience.

4. College Degree; advanced studies/degree preferred or similar mortgage certifications a plus
5. 5+ years related experience.
