Job Summary/Company:

A Sparks Group Partner is seeking a Senior Application Software Engineers to join their Project Control Systems team. This individual will be responsible for supporting delivery and project execution ensuring successful technology integrations into their client's information Technology environments.   • Provide and apply modern SharePoint (SP) framework (SPFx), Power Automate/Flow, and PowerApps/Forms, and Power BI subject matter expertise to upgrade or automate complex enterprise-level business processes
  • Act as a SME/technical mentor/designer/developer/troubleshooter/tester/debugger with knowledge of SP upgrade and best practices (on-prem and online) and migration experience to SP online.
  • Consult with busines partners to define requirements and promote identifiable solutions
  • Provide support in the identification, development, delivery, solutions, and products for project control as well as integration with other enterprise applications
  • Work with the team, client, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure requirements have been satisfied and promote continuous improvement
  • Identify and document solution requirements in graphical and text formats for team or client
  • Develop proofs of concept, prototypes, wireframes and other materials to implement functionality from request to implementation to support
  • Support clients through soft-launch and go-live activities; play a key role in promoting solution adoption
  • Act as an integral member of the Agile team in delivery of enterprise-wide implementations of SharePoint, Procore, Unifier, or other cloud-based construction project control tools and technologies

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on business and information technology
  • 1+ years of demonstrated modern SharePoint (SPFx) custom code development experience
  • Experience designing and implementing PowerApps, visual web parts (Experience converting InfoPath 2013 forms and rules to PowerApps preferred)
  • Experience designing and implementing Power Automate (Experience converting SharePoint Designer 2013 Workflows to Power Automate Flows preferred)
