RN Clinical Director

Northern Virginia Eye Surgery Center is searching for a motivated and dynamic Clinical Director. This exceptional opportunity is for a Registered Nurse with excellent managerial skills, strong clinical ability and the desire to maintain a pleasant and efficient work environment that will support superb patient care.

The Clinical Director will be closely involved in all phases of the day-to-day operations of the ASC, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, organization, leadership of the staff, and working closely with the surgeons and anesthesia providers. In addition to the leadership role this position will take an active role in patient treatment and care.

A current and unencumbered Virginia, or compact state, Registered Nursing license is required. ACLS certification and supervisory experience in an outpatient surgical environment is preferred. Experience in Ophthalmology is a plus.
