Established over 20+ years, and growing conservatively.Offering:Flexible work environment, annual employee events, insurance (health, dental), 401k, casual cultureYour Role: * Activation, management and optimization of digital marketing campaigns on websites, through email campaigns and on owned social media platforms, including Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest, at a minimum.* Management of daily platform activities in adherence to frequency requirements, desired engagement and overall performance.* Analysis and development of insights to inform tactical plans for successful targeting, while maintaining strong engagement levels.* Analysis and development of insights to inform the creation of optimal content and assets.* Reporting on daily/weekly pacing and progress of tactics toward monthly/quarterly/annual target performance metrics.* Completion and delivery of tasks and deliverables on time with accuracy, consistency and according to project expectations.* Continuous knowledge of up-to-date digital channel-specific trends and best practices, for daily application as well as regular team and agency-wide report-outs and thought leadership.* Research and substantiation of digital channel effectiveness in support of strategy development and new business development.Your Profile:* Bachelor's degree* Strong understanding of complete user journey across digital touchpoints and offline* Strong ability to execute ideas through copy/post writing and content development* True passion for marketing, digital channels/platforms and overall problem-solving* Hands-on experience working on campaigns for owned channels and platforms at an agency or within an organization in a marketing capacity* Effective and confident communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tactics in a coherent and succinct way, both internally and externally* Google Analytics, SEO and/or any digital marketing channel or platform-specific certifications* Experience with Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout or other posting/scheduling/listening platforms* Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact or other email platform
