This role will support Talent Management on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) priorities. The individual will assist with the design and delivery of programs and initiatives across our DEI core pillars- include project work related to internship strategy, employee resource groups, and diversity communications. This person will collaborate, and project manage across DEI workstreams to ensure goal completion.

Responsibilities include:

- Support DEI Council on execution and delivery of DEI strategy

- DEI Communications Support

- Lead core Projects/initiatives: Internship Strategy

- Project Management and support for DEI Core Streams (including Learning/Education, ERG Metrics, and Talent)

- Research and provide insights/knowledge on DEI best practices

Experience Required:

- 8+ years of experience developing and executing organization-wide DEI assessment, planning and implementation efforts.

- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

- Strong project/program management

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Experience Preferred:

- Certification or Training in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

- Experience in organizational leadership, change management, and/or talent management and development
