In this position, you will serve as a Program Management Specialist. Typical work assignments include:
  • Providing technical and administrative duties to support orientation and onboarding activities, including room set up and breakdown.
  • Developing and delivering bi-weekly orientation to include delivery of the administrative and logistical requirements to prepare and execute the event such as coordinating with the employees and delivering of the CISA fundamentals briefing.
  • Preparing ad-hoc requests, reports, presentations, documents, etc. based on leadership direction and assisting with design, production, and presentation of materials for stakeholders, which may include presentation formatting, graphic design support, proofreading, scheduling meetings, answers inquiries, etc.
  • Developing technical knowledge and skills across a variety of human capital and mission areas and leads efforts to communicate and improve that of others through formal and informal activities.

Qualifications

You qualify for the GS-12 grade level (starting salary $87,198.00) if you have at least one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-11 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing the following duties:
  • Assisting in the development of an onboarding plan to ensure a smooth employee experience
  • Preparing written reports based on research and analysis of data to provide sufficient information to management to make informed decisions
  • Evaluating program procedures to determine areas of operational improvements
