Employment & Commercial Litigation Attorney (Bethesda, Baltimore, Philadelphia or Plymouth Meeting) Offit Kurman is seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join one our Pennsylvania or Maryland offices. The role will involve all phases of a busy commercial and employment practice. Types of matters will include restrictive covenant, unfair competition, False Claims Act, Wage and Hour, trade secrets, discrimination and general commercial litigation matters. The successful candidate will have significant responsibilities in all aspects of the litigation including drafting pleadings, discovery, court appearances, taking and defending depositions and trial work. Excellent organization and writing skills are required. Attorney should have a minimum of 5 years' commercial or employment litigation.
