Your Impact: We're looking for an experienced and collaborativeDeputy General Manager - Government Technology Operations (GTO - DGM). This role can be based remotely or in one of our offices and will support in directing the operations of the GTO Performance Unit (PU). GTO is a multi-client Performance Unit (PU) with government contracts in the continental United States. GTO currently has more than 1200 employees with annual revenue exceeding $200M. Here's what the successful candidate be doing: * Business Development: support for/direction of Opening, Middle, and End Game activities in the pursuit of rebids and new contracts including identification and recruitment of key personnel. * Business Operations: support for/direction of the overall operations of the PU within the overall company objectives; develop, plan and implement technical programs; assign, develop, and review performance of personnel, review business operations results, provide technical/administrative leadership, review policies and procedures for PU and company-wide application and drive continuous improvement, support innovative solutions to drive technical solutions for our clients; support transition activities for new contracts and advise executive management of PU areas of responsibility, * Financial Performance: Support and hold contracts accountable to deliver on financial commitments; develop and implement corrective actions in support of local contract managers; work with business office to ensure financial systems support our overall delivery. * Culture of Caring: support for/direction of Beyond Zero Culture of Caring across the PU * Customer Relations: Serve as official company representative to clients and potential clients * Inclusion & Diversity: drive leadership priorities. Here's What You'll Need: * BS degree from an accredited college or university and thirteen (13) years related experience. * Or MS degree and eleven (11) years related experience or * Or Ph.D. and seven (7) years of related experience. Requires * Demonstrated leadership skills as evidenced by prior managerial and supervisory experience. * US Citizenship * Secret Clearance or ability to obtain Ideally, you'll also have: * Experience with government contracts including base operating support (BOS), operations & maintenance (O&M), and/or engineering and science -based contracts * Experience working on contracts directly with the Army, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, NASA, intelligence community and other related military / government agencies. * Excellent writing and speaking skills * Teambuilder, talent recruiter, career builder, player, mentor and coach * Experience in developing strategic plans at the enterprise, horizontal and vertical levels * Comprehensive knowledge of relevant corporate and government regulations and standards * This position will require travel on an as needed basis 25-50% of the time.
