As we expand into new customer segments, we are looking for a talented Product Manager to lead daily execution for PageBuilder Editor, Arc's platform for managing and delivering a diverse set of media, brand and eCommerce experiences.

You will work with the Product Lead to identify opportunities, build solutions and grow the product to be the best-in-class by delivering delightful user experiences. You will work closely with Engineering, Design and QA to execute against the product roadmap and collaborate with other Arc product teams to enable innovative and integrated experiences for a variety of customers from Editors in newsrooms to marketers in enterprises around the world.

**This position could be 100% remote in the US for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Distill product vision into clear features, solving real problems for our customers and delivering value.
  • Assist with all aspects of the product life cycle, including strategy, product requirements definition, design, release plans, testing, and future enhancements.
  • Lead day-to-day product management activities such as creating detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with Professional Services, Support, Customer Success, Engineering and our customers and partners to understand pain points, capture new ideas and refine existing ideas for features and build the backlog.
  • Participate in solution design, partner with designer in conducting user research to understand the needs for different user personas
  • Manage the product backlog and lead the refinement and sprint planning, retros, internal demos etc., as needed.
  • Make effective tactical prioritization decisions to maximize team effectiveness and deliver on key objectives. Ensure that the team has a clear understanding of functional requirements and business expectations.
  • Work with QA to develop testing strategy, test plan, test cases and participate in UAT to ensure on-time and quality product releases.
  • Create release plans, release notes, product documentation and training material.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements.
  • Provide regular product updates and perform demos for stakeholders.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a product owner or product manager
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience analyzing customer feedback, user research, and performance data to guide product feature development
  • Ability to work well across disciplines
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Passion for building great products and solving customer and business problems
  • Working knowledge of Agile processes and principles
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Product experience at a SaaS product company, ideally enterprise/B2B, strongly preferred
  • Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira
