This position requires an active *Top Secret/SCI* *with Polygraph*. In this role you will provide SE support to critical programs and upcoming acquisitions.A' This support will include the following: * Develop architecture solutions and concepts to support the definition of a system and interfaces * Develop acquisition documentation for future system procurements * Use technical expertise in the areas of Systems Engineering to provide the government with support with Requirements Management, Architecture Development and Analysis, Readiness and Milestone events, Interface Definition and Development, and other SE functions * Provide proactive support to the Government customer and tasks * Develop productive relationships with Prime/Subcontractor counterparts, functional counterparts, and other subject matter expertsA' * Author, review, and coordinate documents and data to aid the Government in decision-making * Participate and represent the customer in various Government and contractor meetings and attend contractor programmatic and technical reviews (eg PMR, PDR, CDR, and other meetings) to provide technical and programmatic-based system recommendations and risk assessments *Qualifications* TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience. * *Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with PolyA' * * BS in related technical discipline and ten (10) years or more experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience * Proficient at program/project management within the customer organizationA' * Experience with satellite systems a plus * Experience with NRO systems a plus * Available to travel domestically SAIC is a premier technology integrator solving our nation's modernization and readiness challenges.
