A' The successful candidate will: A' * Assist the Government in the oversight of the MOD requirements process in support of the NRO Life Cycle Readiness Process. * Advise on systems engineering process improvements for implementation across MOD. * Review and coordinate Request for Change (RFC) packages. * Establish and maintain close effective coordination with other elements, and review, document, and track RFC progress. * Develop briefings and assessments to a variety of audiences, and must be able to convey information in a clear and articulate manner to Government leadership. *Qualifications* TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience. Cleance required to start: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph *Qualifications:* * Direct and current experience with National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). * Strong knowledge of system engineering fundamentals * Configuration Management experience * Must be self-motivated with good interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
