Space and A' Launch A' Division (S&L) provides technical and programmatic support to coordinate and execute program office acquisition, A' payload engineering, vehicle engineering, adjunct payload accommodation, and integration, test and launch functions for spacecraft and adjunct payloads. A' The Division includes the COTRs for two collection segment acquisition contracts each valued at over $10 billion. S&L Division requires an experienced engineer familiar with Space systems acquisitions to provide direct support for a major program Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR). A' The contract procures satellite vehicles and all associated ground control equipment. A' Prior experience as a COTR for the acquisition of aA' major space system A' is desired. Candidate should A' possess aA' broad acquisition experience in contract management and associated aspects to include managing the award fee comment collection and review process to include review boards, CDRL requirements generation & review, programming & budgeting, earned value assessment, proposal evaluation, government furnished A' equipment/information tracking & updates, and facilitating monthly program management reviews & associated executive side sessions. A' A' Prior spacecraft or associated ground segment development, production, integration or test experience is highly desired as is previous experience working in the NRO.
