The company boasts excellent compensation and benefits and offers potential for advancement.Your responsibilities- Present Balance Sheet account reconciliations- Aid in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors- Successfully collaborate with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, controls and provide support on special requests when necessary- Present analysis on financial results such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc.- Manage Ad-hoc projects as necessary- Produce error-free monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP- Engage in various department-wide initiatives- Commitment to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process- Produce monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management purposesJob Requirements:- BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred- 3-5 years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience- Deep understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance- Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus- Adeptness in Balance Sheet Reconciliation- Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP Accounting- Deep understanding of Cam Reconciliation- General familiarity with Microsoft Excel- Bank Account Reconciliation experience highly desired- Cash reconciliations experience preferred- Bank reconciliations experience preferred- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel- Comprehensive knowledge of month end closings- Microsoft Excel experience highly preferred- Background working with Sage Intacct- Earlier work involving Sage Intacct- Previous experience in public accounting is highly valued- Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well- Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision- High attention to detail- Familiarity with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required- Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines- Experience with ERP systems- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis- Exceptional time management skills preferredRobert Half Finance & Accounting matches skilled professionals with remote or on-site jobs in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, audit, taxation and more on a full-time basis.
