The Accounts Payable Clerk duties will include matching and batching code invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks.What you get to do every single day- Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed- Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it- Provide customer service to internal business partners- Perform special projects as assigned- Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed- Help with internal and external audits as required- Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling- Accomplish full-cycle A/P- Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance DepartmentJob Requirements: 2+ years of accounts payable experience is required.
