The Opportunity In an effort to better serve our 47+ million registered hourly workers and over 450,000 employer locations, Snagajob is looking for a Sales Training and Enablement Manager. If you're someone who has a passion for sales methodologies, leading the strategy and execution of sales enablement, and supporting teams to operate at peak productivity, then this role is for you! This role will join our People team, and will drive sales efficiency and performance through enablement projects, training, and coaching. You'll leverage your own sales experience to identify capability needs alongside cross-functional stakeholders, and then you'll design and deliver programs that ultimately help reps close more deals. You'll have the opportunity to combine a passion for leadership, developing talent, and sales, to make an impact on our reps and our business. Most importantly, we need a leader who can take the 50,000 foot view, but who can also dig into the numbers and deliver training. This is a high-profile and critical function for Snagajob's future growth. This role may be based remotely or in our Arlington or Richmond, VA, or Charleston, SC office. What You'll Get to Do Identify the strategic roadmap for sales training and enablement in collaboration with leadership Lead and optimize sales enablement initiatives like the roll-of revenue intelligence tools like Gong/Chorus Partner across the organization with teams like Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership to increase sales productivity and reach desired business goals Coach reps 1:1 and facilitate team call reviews Deliver both onsite and virtual training on the product, processes, tools, or skill related topics Continuously iterate on content, playbooks, and training curriculum What You'll Bring Experience in sales enablement with proven results such as achieving/surpassing sales objectives, shortening sales cycles, improving knowledge base, etc. Hands-on sales experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to adapt to a variety of audiences Self-starter and quick learner with the ability to work collaboratively and independently Excellent project management skills with a strong attention to detail Proficiency with adult learning principles and application Proficiency with B2B sales technologies The ability to live by Snagajob's core values - solidarity, candor, unconvention, fire - by being an ally, speaking hard truths, questioning the status quo, and always doing whatever it takes to meet our mission of putting people in the right fit positions so they can maximize their potential and live more fulfilling lives At Snagajob, we celebrate our differences in an inclusive workplace designed to support the things that make us individuals.
