Increasing client confidence through timely, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable remote-support service is paramount to being the IT Leader our client strives to be. Additionally, they depend on the efficiency of IT Service Management team members to keep costs low.As the Systems Project Administrator, you will effectively and efficiently drive successful systems project integrations and professional IT Services for our client's valued client base. You will be expected to apply your specialized knowledge to implement IT solutions as designed to meet the specific needs of the client. Your general and specialized knowledge also ensures rapid resolution to issues that are escalated from lower level technicians. Your knowledge and expertise are critical to winning client trust and building the long-term relationships the company seeks with all their clients.Responsibilities: * Provide project staging of equipment and software.Communicate effectively with both project management as well as client points of contact and end users.Complete Project Implementation and Deployments.Complete project assignments as tasked (onsite or remote).Provide project status updates to Regional Project Manager daily.Complete client onboarding tasks that include ensuring clients' systems and networks meet company standards.Complete project discovery tasks to include site surveys and working with clients to understand their needs and then transition findings and client notes to Design Engineer for project scoping. Update project management software daily with progress of project tasks and other assignments.Post-project quality assurance testing assistance.Serve as client point-of-contact for end user training of new systems deployed. Maintain service software documentation and standards.Work with other technical groups and engineers as required.Complete additional Integrations team tasks as assigned by Regional Project Manager.Train team members on new technologies as required for Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 to take over support of clients post project.Stay up-to-date with technology through ongoing education.Qualifications: Required Associates Degree in any IT related field OR equivalent technical certifications (CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, etc.)3+ years of Windows Server level technology experience (Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019) as well as the Windows Server Core services (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, HyperV)1+ years of Microsoft Cloud Solutions/Services experienceExperience creating technical documentationPreferred 1+ year of Linux systems experience1+ years of MAC OS experienceExperience working with security compliance standardsAdditional Technical CertificationsAbilities, Knowledge and Skills:Windows 7, 10; Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019; Mac experience a plus Active Directory ManagementGroup Policy ManagementCore networking disciplines such as DNS, DHCPMS Azure and Amazon Web ServicesAWS cloud services such as EC2 instances, Route 53, S3 storage, AMIs, Volumes, Snapshots, Security Groups, and VPCsAzure Private Cloud Services such as Virtual Networking, Azure Active Directory, Storage Services, Virtual machines, and Cloud SecurityMicrosoft Cloud Solutions such as Office 365, Office 365 management, Exchange online, SharePoint online, and OneDrive OnlineVirtualization platforms such as Microsoft Hyper-V and VMwareBackup PlatformsVolP technology and equipmentVaried Client / Server applicationsMust have excellent organizational and communication skillsMust have extensive typing experienceMust be able to learn new technologies and quickly adapt to new environmentsMust have critical thinking skills and be able to solve complex problemsMust be able to work in a fast pace environment with ability to multitaskMust be capable of working onsite alone (with remote assistance as needed) and be able to be resourceful and self-sufficientBenefits:Our client wants to be fully invested in the growth and well-being of their employees.
