A' NSSA' provides specialized program management, engineering, analysis and operations support to a variety of Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) customers. We support the generation after next of national security-related systems based in space, in the air and on the ground. A' NSSA' has an opening for a Program Management Office (PMO) System Engineer to provide systems engineering and technical advisory services to a rapidly expanding Government Intelligence Community (IC) customer. The customer is developing next-generation of space and ground systems architectures, hardware and software solutions. The System Engineer provides support to the Program Office in execution of mission critical systems. A' The System Engineer is part of a team of high-performing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) responsible for analyzing contractor data, developing and executing ECPs, and providing technical analysis. The System Engineer is responsible for the following: A cents € cents A' A' A' Providing analyses of program data to ensure that accurate status of cost, schedule, and performance of development contracts in support of monitoring and controlling the program A cents € cents A' A' A' Providing analysis and recommendations to the Government on implementing Agile methodologies in support of program execution to facilitate capability delivery within cost and scheduleA' A cents € cents A' A' A' Providing recommendations to the Government concerning program execution A cents € cents A' A' A' Representing the Program Office in the customer's program execution discussions related to current and future contractsA' *Qualifications* *Qualifications:* *Engineer with knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies to include the following:* A cents € cents A' A' A' Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph -A' A' A' Bachelors degree with 14+ years of experience A cents € cents A' A' A' DevOps systems engineering experience A cents € cents A' A' A' Exceptional communication and coordination skills A cents € cents A' A' A' Expert Program Management and data analysis skills A cents € cents A' A' A' Experience with Space and Ground Aerospace systems engineering A cents € cents A' A' A' Experience with Agile Development to include participation in scrums, development of solution epics, lean business cases, program epics, user stories, and features A cents € cents A' A' A' Ability to proactively engage with Agile Development teams to assess execution performance, and based on those assessments, advise Government on implementation strategiesA' A cents € cents A' A' A' Ability to quickly understand and respond to Government queries A cents € cents A' A' A' Demonstrated experience in communications and enabling skills that help others succeed *Desired Qualifications:A' * A cents € cents A' A' A' Knowledge of customer's mission capabilities with past experience within the IC A cents € cents A' A' A' Expertise in IC Program Management processes and understands lifecycle acquisition and readiness events A cents € cents A' A' A' Provide recommendations for DevOps/Agile principles to define capability roadmaps, EPICs, Features and verifying and summarizing EPICs against a Plan A cents € cents A' A' A' Ability to support DevOps/Agile best practices including: oA' A' A' Coordinating CONOPs and architecture products oA' A' A' Assist with translating requirements into Features oA' A' A' Assessing system schedule and risks oA' A' A' Assist with Readiness and Release planning events in support of system and acquisition-level milestones oA' A' A' Support Agile test and DevOps verification strategies and integration of initiatives in support of mission capabilities A cents € cents A' A' A' Experience with using Agile and DevOps Atlassian tool suite, ie Confluence and JIRA A cents € cents A' A' A' Experience providing recommendations for DevOps/Agile process improvements and operational improvements for users of the systems A cents € cents A' A' A' Experience verifying and summarizing EPICs against a program plan A cents € cents A' A' A' Provide recommendations against solutions to assist in prioritizing developer backlogs in alignment with capability deliveries to Operations A cents € cents A' A' A' Skilled in developing Executive-level briefings SAIC is a premier technology integrator solving our nation's modernization and readiness challenges.
