The Healthcare Recruiter will play a key role in attracting talent to the organization and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a plan to create interest and awareness of Asbury Communities through candidate communications, career website, local educational institutions, social media, recruitment collateral and more.Plan and implement a recruitment marketing plan to attract high-quality applicants. Help define touch points and best communication opportunities in the candidate life-cycle. This role, in particular, will recruit for nursing roles including RN, LPN, and CNA positionsCommunicate and showcase Asbury's culture, mission, and work environment to prospective candidates.Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns and track, measure and report on campaign results, design and execute internal campaigns to drive employee referrals/ employee engagement.Design and plan recruiting events and serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.Coordinate and manage the interview and selection process to include candidate screening, hiring manager interviews, job offers, and onboarding activities.Generate monthly updates for leadership about upcoming recruitment marketing initiatives and communicate regularly with community leadership to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organizational goals.Work closely with community leadership to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges and suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement.Coordinate and manage the pre-boarding and on-boarding processes to ensure an exceptional experience for selected candidates.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in HR, Marketing, Business or related field required.3-5 years of recruiting experience, 2 years in Healthcare fieldHR certification a plusExperience with applicant tracking and onboarding systems a plusIntermediate knowledge of MS OfficeStrong attention to detail
