The Agent Services Group (or ASG) is a Long & Foster | Christie's International agent support program designed to assist agents in the day-to-day functions needed to carry out, maintain, and grow their business. This comprehensive program is available as a monthly subscription or on an a la carte basis and allows agents to focus on what matters - their clients Transaction Coordinator The Transaction Coordinator assists agents with coordinating sales activities from listing to contract and contract ratification until closing. Key Responsibilities: Creates Master Client files with all necessary documents for all transactions.Fill out appropriate jurisdictional checklist for each transaction.Enters listings, upload photos and documents into MRIS system and ensures the MRIS information is current.Verify files for accuracy and completion of all required documents. Monitors all timelines and contingencies.Launches activity tracking file, changes MRIS status, if applicable, and establish communication with all parties of the transactionsOrder HOA/Condo documents and Home Warranty, if applicableSchedules home inspection, termite, septic, or water inspection, if applicable, and notifies all parties.Send title packet to title company and schedules settlement time; notifies all parties.Submit marketing request to the graphics department.Coordinate marketing request (brochures, postcards, social media and eblast) with graphics team and agentInput/update new client information into Moxi Engage.Upload documents to e-signature program and "design" initials and signaturesForwards necessary paperwork to office for commission disbursementRequest testimonials shortly after settlementRequirements: High school graduate or equivalentIntermediate level experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, OneDrive, and Adobe ProPreferably at least 2 years' experience with the following: Able to produce work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail, verbal and written communications skillsAbility to prioritize agent requests and work both independently as well as collaborativelyAbility to work on many tasks and projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlinesPositive "can-do" attitude and enjoys working with multiple clientsExperience with Email Blast services a plus (ActivePipe, MailChimp, Constant Contact)Knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles and mortgages preferred
