PSI Pax, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst - Mid to sup port our government customer in Patuxent River, MD Duties & Responsibilities: Process incoming funding documents for NAWCAD BFM direct program funding to include receipt and tracking of funding documents in support of the NAWCAD Program and Business Analysis Department. Provide business/financial/resource planning and management support to various program management offices and competencies in the coordination and administration of all business and financial services for NWCF and direct program funding to include tracking of commitments, obligations and expenditures. Prepare Outgoing Funding Documents (OFD) and Procurement Requests (PR) in support of program offices and competencies Provide support in implementing corporate initiatives and in providing workload/business forecasting analysis studies for competencies and programs. P rovide support in developing technical work packages and work breakdown structures in support of competencies and programs. Required Qualifications: Secret clearance required Must have three (3) to ten (10) years of experience with Navy ERP and Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) Experience with DoD funding requirements, policies, and regulations that govern appropriations law Ability to apply knowledge of financial systems, document as-is client business practices, and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to document, propose, and implement business process improvements Ability to manage teams and mentor individuals to support client initiatives Ability to work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive-level positions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications:NAWCAD/NAVAIR specific experience is desiredEducation Requirements: Bachelor's degree and at least three (3) years of the required work experience with NERP/NWCF, as found in the above descriptionOR an Associate's with at least seven (7) years of the required experience as described aboveOR a High School Diploma/GED with at least nine (9) years of the required experience as described abovePSI Pax, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
