Benefits AdministrationLead employee benefits file clean-up.Assist with Open Enrollment communications and preparation.Assist with HR closet cleanout and file retention standards.Talent Administration Support daily recruitment process + activities.Create new and backfill opportunities in Recruiting Gateway.Request and monitor workflow approvals, and post opportunities to internal job board and external sites as appropriate.Review + screen resumes, contact candidates, and coordinate interviews.Follow-up with all candidates on status + next steps.Create and deliver offer letters + packages to candidates, including initiation of background checks and drug screen.Monitor status of pre-employment requirements and maintain contact with the candidate through the first day of employment.Support HR Business Partners on employee lifecycle documentation for new hires, status changes, compensation actions, and terminations.Create, distribute, and track Employee Action Forms to reflect employee lifecycle events.Enter data into the HRIS and ensure data accuracy.Maintain electronic employee files.Support employee onboarding + offboarding.Complete internal notifications, calendar invites, schedule orientations with IT/Payroll/HR, and send welcome email with first day instructions.Complete Form I-9s + submit via E-Verify and take new hire photos.Distribute company-wide monthly new hire announcements.Create + send termination letters. Collect resignation letters, if applicable.Schedule Exit Interviews with HRBPs.OtherSupport the Human Resources function.Assist the team with administrative tasks, document management, Company events, and special projects.QualificationsCompleted undergraduate degree or graduate-level student preferred, within a relevant fieldCorporate / Office experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) and ability to learn company specific software.Strong analytical, technical, interpersonal and communication skills required.
