SPN Solutions is seeking to hire a Jr. Project Coordinator to support ongoing critical requirements with one of our Defense customers in Bethesda, MD. The Project Coordinator will perform day-to-day coordination of assigned projects that involve analyzing, designing, integrating, testing, documenting, converting, extending, and implementing automated information systems. The Project Coordinator will function as part of a team working directly for the IT Engineering and Research subject matter expert, and customers, and must demonstrate sufficient written and communication skills to ensure success.Primary Job Duties: Conduct research on IT Systems/Application to include system capabilities, OS system requirements, fit for ITD and WRNMMC functional user, cost, and Cybersecurity certifications. Demonstrate advanced technical writing ability, including advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint in order to support team members and processes. Support and assist with documented status reporting, issue management, risk management, and change control processes as defined by the government. Document, track and communicate meeting minutes, project statuses, meeting outcomes and action items of any purpose, and maintain these project artifacts in Microsoft SharePoint or the selected project document repository. Support a team in developing department IT requirements; adhering to Government Acquisitions regulations and processes (FAR), and creating related documentation (PWS, SOW, IGE/IGCE, J/SSJ, Market Research, etc.).
