Position Overview:
If you are a specialist in the design, development, analysis, and optimization of legal or business processes, we want you on our growing team!

As part of our Legal division's Process Management Center of Excellence (CoE), you will join our efforts to coordinate and lead significant process improvement projects throughout the division, working on issues of a diverse scope and drawing from your change management and process improvement experience to help us continue to enhance our operational efficiencies and increase our productivity throughout the enterprise.

Our Impact:
The CoE works with subject -matter experts throughout our legal and other enterprise divisions to evaluate existing processes, to identify areas that could benefit from process improvement, to focus on specific needs and opportunities within those areas, and to create innovative solutions that will increase efficiencies and reduce costs.

The CoE also works with our technology specialists to identify and implement technology-driven solutions to ensure greater process efficiency.
Your Impact:
  • Build and expand the impact of the CoE using process and change management tools
  • Analyze the effectiveness of existing business and legal processes to identify enhancement opportunities
  • Represent the organization in a project leadership role, facilitating interactions with personnel on complex matters and often coordinating efforts across Freddie Mac divisions
  • Develop solutions to an extensive range of complicated problems that are innovative and thorough
  • Evaluate how new information technologies can support reengineering of legal and business processes
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of related experience
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Certification in a process improvement methodology with business process mapping experience
  • Ability to manage and successfully complete multiple efforts simultaneously and proficiently, and with limited direction
  • Ability to influence a wide variety of audiences to achieve goals
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group and at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Financial Services and/or mortgage industry experience is preferred

**This position can be performed currently from a remote location in the U.S. but will require presence in a Freddie Mac office in the future.***
