Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Program Coordinator who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

The Program Coordinator provides support and coordination of activities for the Department of Learning, Leadership & Organizational Development (LLOD) in a manner consistent with organizational mission and objectives. This role will coordinate tasks and provides professional administrative support to Learning Technology, Leadership & Organizational Development, and Life Support Teams, as well as the LLOD Director.

As a Program Coordinator, you will:

• Provide administrative support to all department teams including planning and clerical support. Schedules and organizes meetings/events and maintains agenda/minutes.
• Serve as a central point of contact between department and internal customers on day-to-day programmatic, operational, and administrative matters.
• Coordinate program-related internal and external communications. Organizes and maintains program content.
• Assist the Director w/special projects and meeting support as assigned
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• At least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
• Bachelor's Degree in business or health administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience
• AHA Provider Certification BLS or higher preferred
• Entry-level knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Familiar with resuscitation training equipment preferred
• Familiar with adult learning theory preferred
• Experience using a Learning Management System preferred

Work Schedule:

Full-time days; Monday - Friday, 8:30 am 5:00 pm.
