Location: Lanham, Maryland      

The Division of Finance and Administration of DHCD is seeking an enthusiastic individual to serve as a Revenue Analyst. This position is responsible for managing data, analysis and reporting for the capital budget for all of DFA, which includes GAAP accounting, Fund accounting, Government accounting, budgeting, and other financial and records retention systems, and reporting and analysis functions for improving the efficiency of these units through technology and automation. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field from an accredited college or university and four years of professional financial analysis experience, such as managing financial asset and debt portfolios, examining, analyzing, and interpreting accounting, budget, grant or real estate investment portfolio records and reports by applying generally accepted accounting principles. Must provide college transcripts.
