Our designers understand how to look at a problem from the perspective of different user personas. They desire a challenging role with the potential to be placed on internal or client-facing projects, filling a technology design and development role.As a UX Designer, we give you an opportunity to support our product development effort and consulting projects. This includes supporting all phases of sales and project delivery where you wear different hats.Your everyday tasks in supporting our technology solution offering development efforts could range anywhere from working with clients to develop requirements, wireframes, and journey maps. You will also create website design, and develop cutting edge graphic design.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (technical degree such as Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience any of the following: HTML/CSS/JavaScript development, Information Design, Interaction Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction)Solid UX skills - including well-rounded knowledge of design principles and techniques - with the ability to iterate through conceptual ideas and effectively communicate conceptualizations using sketches, storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and data visualizationsExpertise that spans across UX, web engineering, and design or the ability to "speak the language." That is, you should feel comfortable talking to other UX and visual designers as well as stakeholders and engineersExperience with web front end development, including HTML, CSS and JavaScriptExperience planning and facilitating user research and usability tests Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite preferred, but not requiredAbility to maintain and continually refine a backlog of feature requests and defectsHard working, self-motivated individuals who are okay with a healthy dose of ambiguity and complexityMust have experience communicating with all levels of management Ability to meet deadlinesWhat You'll GainGain development experience and skills in a wide array of areasContribute the design of award winning impactful solution Ability to develop aesthetically pleasing, intellectually satisfying designsAbility to work closely with internal, cross-functional teams, and external clients on projects of varying length and complexityExposure to complex technical business issues and challengesOpportunity to leverage your technical knowledge and analytical skills to solve client problemsPowered by JazzHRaOp7tE8pEG
