We are a world leader in communications and entertainment, and we plan to keep on growing.This position provides support to the AT&T Cybersecuritys CNOSC (Consolidated Network Operations & Security Center) in operating and maintaining McAfee software and clients for supported organizations. Activities that this position performs include deploying, configuring, monitoring, tuning, upgrading, and troubleshooting McAfee components spanning large and complex environments.Primary Responsibilities:Provide McAfee support to various organizations across Federal and DoD clients. Complete the following key functions for McAfee deployments across the CNOSCs area of responsibility -Install updates to McAfee software as released and in compliance with STIG requirements -Deploy, maintain, and tune McAfee clients to meet current and future standards -Create, deploy, and manage custom McAfee signatures -Monitor McAfee ePO for intrusions, failures and other issues -Monitor McAfee software to ensure that the clients/servers are operational and reporting properly -Perform systems administration and management duties for both physical and virtual systems -Support virtual systems to include both desktops and servers -Support enterprise level applications -Secure and support applications and systems in compliance with RMF requirements -Ensure that clients do not block legitimate traffic -Ensure the environment is updated according to DoD standards and guidelines -Follow approved DoD, STIG standards and DoD IAVA requirements -Ensure that all systems are operating with valid licenses for all installed software -Maintain and troubleshoot the management systems Monitor and audit configurations to ensure that unintended changes do not occur Monitor the health and performance of the security technology systemsBasic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of prior IT experience with 2+ years working with McAfee ePO and clients within the Federal or DoD environment. -Additional work experience or Cyber courses/certifications may be substituted in lieu of degree. Windows Server 2012 or 2016 certification certification preferred prior to start OR commitment to obtain within 6 months of start date Demonstrated experience with multiple network security zones, subnetting, VRFs, and VLANs Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Must be a US Citizen. Must hold a Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility preferredPreferred Qualifications: Cybersecurity experience (Protect, Detect, Respond and Sustain) within a Computer Incident Response organization. Demonstrated understanding of the life cycle of cybersecurity threats, attacks, attack vectors and methods of exploitation with an understanding of intrusion set tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs). Experience with malware analysis concepts and methods. Motivated self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to create complex technical reports on analytic findings.
