We are looking for a management professional who will take an enormous amount of pride in his/her work and strategic partner.This position is located at our Federal office in Falls Church/Tysons, VA, however it is also eligible to be a remote position that would require working from a home office, in which candidates may be located anywhere within the United States.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*Manage implementation and administration of HCR processes including onboarding, orientation, performance management, employee relations, individual and leadership development, reward, recognition, compensation and benefits, diversity, retention,and regulatory compliance.*Act as first point of contact or escalation for Project Leadership, Supervisors, and employees for HR-related matters.*Lead positive employee relations including high levels of employee engagement, development and recognition. Establish processes for issue identification and resolution.*Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns*Administer Bonus plan and Focal point review for project assigned*Establish and measure HR metrics, analyze and make recommendations for process improvement.*Lead change management initiatives.*Proactively identify opportunities. Provide solutions to organizational challenges.*Collaborate, coach and counsel business partners and recommend interventions to meet and exceed organizational values and operating objectives.*Devise and implement retention strategy to meet the needs of the business. Partner with organizational leaders to identify and establish career path opportunities.*Drive regulatory compliance including USDOL, EEO and AAP requirements.*Continually improve individual competencies and subject matter expertise through professional development.*Responsible for adhering to established safety standards.Required Skills/Abilities:*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.*Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies.*Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.*Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations employee management software.Education and Experience:*Bachelors' degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field or equivalent combination of education/work experience and 8+ years of general human resources experience, including strong background in recruitment and employee relations*A minimum of 4+ years of management experience and in related areas such as employee relations, compensation, training, employee benefits.*Experience working in Technology Consulting firm strongly preferred.*Experience and willingness to be involved with both the day-to-day support for projects as well as being a forward-thinking strategic business partner*Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of the organization and build strong business partnerships*Negotiation skills to navigate concerns and competing priorities*Capacity to manage and prioritize projects with superior attention to detail while effectively adapting to changing priorities*Confidentiality and professionalism Job SummaryEssential Duties and Responsibilities:- Conduct organizational analysis and build business partnerships while managing team and contributing to the development and execution of HR and MAXIMUS talent management objectives.
