Responsibilities Perspecta has an immediate need for an IT Agile Project Coordinator to support the National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS) of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). This role will work with the NOAA teams supporting the Cloud Program Management Office (CPMO) at NOAA SSMC3 in Silver Spring, MD. The IT Agile Technical Project Coordinator will work with the Cloud Program Manager to coordinate across the Agile Teams, including guiding the approach to Agile adoption using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Additionally, the IT Agile Project Coordinator will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders and ensuring successful project completion. Required skills Demonstrated experience using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies including developing and articulating an approach for transitioning from traditional milestones (PDR, CDR, TRR, ORR) to a SAFe Agile methodology. Demonstrated PM experience for Agile teams. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. Proven ability to coordinate across Agile Teams and further guide the adoption of Agile methodology using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Proven ability to work on-site at the customer location in Silver Spring, MD, working in integrated teams (ie government employees, other contractors, subcontractors, etc). Effective verbal and written skills. Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance. US Citizenship required. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Requires BABS with 10 years of overall work experience with at least 4 years of management level responsibility. At least 5 Years of Agile experience Scrum Alliance CSM or CSP certification or PMIaposs Agile Certified Professional (ACP) Desired Skills Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Prior NOAA or NASA ground system experience. Experience as part of an agile team PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification SAFe certified About Perspecta What matters to our nation, is what matters to us.
