For this Dev OPS software engineer position, the primary responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving impediments that arise in the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline and tools portfolio managed by this team so that various development teams supporting C6ISR Undersea and Antisubmarine Warfare can make forward progress with the implementation of prioritized features. Responsibilities also include working alongside with various C6ISR Undersea and Antisubmarine Warfare product teams to understand current challenges and future needs of the CI/CD pipeline and tools so that the features to evolve our architecture and processes are planned for and implemented in a timely manner based on priority. In joining our team, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, great benefits, a creative and comfortable work environment, and the exciting opportunity to be part of evolving our C6ISR Undersea and Antisubmarine Warfare portfolio.Basic Qualifications:* Commensurate experience in architecting, maintaining and/or troubleshooting a CI/CD pipeline* Commensurate hands-on Linux experience necessary to manage CI/CD pipeline tools* Experience using a continuous integration tool (ie, preferably Jenkins or GitLab CI) for building, deploying and automating job creation within a CI/CD pipeline* Experience leveraging Git to version control various CI/CD pipeline artifacts (eg, source code, Ansible Playbooks, Jenkins files, scripts, etc )* Experience installing and configuring COTS or FOSS products associated with CI/CD pipeline* Demonstrated communication skills (eg, conducted presentations, running daily scrum, generating documentation, training, etc )Desired Skills:* Experience implementing solutions to monitor the CI/CD pipeline health and automated recovery* Experience as a Linux System Administrator or power user* Software development experience with Java, C# or C++* Experience with leveraging a source code analysis (SCA) tool* Experience with cloud architecture and technologies* Experience writing Ansible playbooks and modules* Experience writing and managing scripts (eg, bash, python, ksh, * Familiarity with developing solutions using an Agile lifecycle model* Security+ certification or experience implementing security controls for prioritized features or based on Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)* Experience with network architecture, protocols or troubleshooting networking issues with various tools (eg, tcdump, netstat, wireshark, etc ) Other Important Information You Should Know Expression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
