**Description**The Lead Agile Coach Coaches, educates and mentors organizational leaders and their teams to instill a scaled, successful enterprise-wide adoption of Agile methodologies and practices including Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). If you said YES to any of these, then consider joining our team!Enterprise Agility and Change is looking for a highly motivated Lead Agile Talent Management Professional to join our small team. We support the new Customer Centric Operating model by helping stand up Agile scrum teams, which includes change management, leadership development to all levels of leaders, and team development through an innovative and intensive accelerated Agile teaming program. You will be asked to wear many in this role, including, facilitating Agile and Change workshops to teams across the enterprise; building Agile facilitation capability through our Faculty program; building sustainable Agile Communities of Practice for key roles essential to our transformation; and continuously improving on our existing Agile content.**Responsibilities**+ Participate fully in the EAC Learning and Development scrum team by attending events, working stories, and delivering value to the team and customers. Stories will vary from sprint to sprint but will include a variety of activities including virtual session design, facilitation, communications, SharePoint development, eLearning/self-paced learning development, consulting with the business on Agility and/or Change, and conducting customer feedback sessions+ Facilitate workshops on Agile and change topics+ Continuously improve EAC's Agile content including presentations, communications, website content, eLearning/micro-learning and workshops**Required Qualifications**+ Bachelor's degree+ 5 or more years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach, Learning Designer, Talent Management Professional or other related field+ 2 or more years of project leadership+ Experience working on an Agile team using scrum, preferably with facilitation and/or coaching experience+ Ability to collaborate across the enterprise+ Outstanding written and oral communication skills+ Strong workshop facilitation skills+ Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on developing the skills of internal talent and on continuously improving customer experiences**Preferred Qualifications**+ Able to develop SharePoint sites/pages, using forms and workflows+ Experience in human centered design/experience design+ Knowledgeable/Proficient/Familiar with using Articulate Storyline, or proven ability to quickly adopt new technologies+ Proficiency in Adobe product suite including InDesign and Illustrator+ Ability to create deliverables with strong aesthetic appeal (visual presentations, delightful communications, eLearning/micro-learning)+ Strong instructional design and development skills**Scheduled Weekly Hours**40
