The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a potential need for IT and Cybersecurity subject matter experts to support a potential new Army customer with their Research Development Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) mission. POSITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS MAY INCLUDE: Project Manager - Functional Responsibilities: Serve as the point of contact for interaction with the TPOC regarding all related issues to the requirements. Be the focal point for Continual Process Improvement recommendations to the Government that originate from the Contractor's staff. These recommendations could include changes to processes, introduction of tools to improve efficiency, or the introduction of new IT capabilities for mission support. Provide implementation plans to the TPOC for large scale deployments of IT projects across multiple teams. The Contractor shall ensure the deployment plan includes additional software and hardware tools and methods to facilitate efficient deployment. Monitor and report to the TPOC the performance standards against the performance metrics as stated in the agreed upon within the PWS. Oversee and execute the approved deployment plan. The project manager shall coordinate with the TPOC to provide any hardware or software required for the execution of the plan. Have working knowledge and experience participating in integrated project teams and developing project plans, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), activity schedules, GANTT charts, Pareto diagrams, PERT charts, and project status reports utilizing standard software tools adopted by CBC (Microsoft Suite, ie Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred. Clearance: IT Sensitivity Level I (IT-1) - National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) or T1 equivalent. Senior Administrator Lead - Functional Responsibilities: Performs a variety of systems engineering tasks, independently, which are broad in nature and are concerned with the design and implementation of integrated systems and networks, including personnel, hardware, software and support facilities and/or equipment. Supervises team of systems administrators through project completion. Plans and performs systems engineering research, design development, and other assignments in conformance with system design, engineering and customer specifications. Responsible for major technical/engineering projects of higher complexity and importance than those normally assigned to lower level engineers. Performs with great latitude for un-reviewed actions and decisions. Coordinates the activities of systems administrators assigned to specific system administration and engineering projects. Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge. Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. Education/Certifications: ISC2 CISSP or other IAM-III DoDI 8570.01-M baseline certification AND DoDI 8570.01-M IAT-II computing environment certification for privileged level access to DoD Information Systems. Clearance: Secret with IT personnel security standard "IT-I" which requires a single scope background investigation (SSBI) and with the eligibility to obtain Top Secret and or Top Secret SCI clearance. Senior Network Engineering/Operations/Management Support Lead - Functional Responsibilities: Performs a variety of network engineering tasks, independently, which are broad in nature and are concerned with the design and implementation of integrated networks, including personnel, hardware, software and support facilities and/or equipment. Supervises team of Network Engineers through project completion. Plans and performs network engineering research, design development, and other assignments in conformance with network design, engineering and customer specifications. Supervises Network Engineers through project completion. Responsible for major technical/engineering projects of higher complexity and importance than those normally assigned to lower level engineers. Performs with great latitude for un-reviewed actions and decisions. Coordinates the activities of Network Engineers and Network Technicians assigned to specific network engineering projects. Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge. Cybersecurity Lead - Functional Responsibilites: Provide project lifecycle management for all Cybersecurity task driven efforts. Provide oversight for all other contract personnel associated with the Cybersecurity support task. Provide updates to CISO, ISSM on all Cybersecurity projects and currently assigned tasks. Provide support to all other contract personnel associated with the Cybersecurity support task. Provide work performance feedback on Cybersecurity task personnel to Cybersecurity task Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) and contract program manager. Work to address any performance issues related to Cybersecurity task personnel, ensuring all task areas and requirements are being satisfied. Responsible for conducting interviews, and evaluating and assessing skillsets of potential candidates for Cybersecurity task position vacancies. Possess in-depth knowledge of enterprise DoD / Army Cybersecurity and security standards. Develops and implement DoD /Army Cybersecurity/security standards and procedures. Coordinate, develop, and evaluate security programs for an organization. Recommend DoD / Army Cybersecurity/security solutions to support customers' requirements. Identify, report, and resolve security violations in accordance with DoD and Army policy. Design, develop, engineer, and implement solutions that meet DoD /Army security requirements. May perform other duties as assigned. Education/Certifications: DoD 8570.01-M Certification requirement IAM III. Clearance: Requires a single scope background investigation (SSBI) or equivalent. Must possess an active Top Secret clearance (or interim) prior to work. Senior Applications Development and Support Lead - Functional Responsibilities: The Contractor shall provide support services to develop, configure, monitor, and maintain SharePoint 2013/2016/2019/Online (or currently approved) environments and web applications. The Contractor shall be responsible for overseeing architectural design and integration, content management structure, portals, collaboration, business process or other solutions; they shall be instrumental in planning and implementing software version upgrade releases, troubleshooting and debugging SharePoint sites and web applications. The Contractor shall be proficient in analyzing information, SP architecture, database architecture, and understand business requirements. Contractor shall possess relevant knowledge and experience in appropriate development tools for the web development in the Windows environment as well as TFS, IIS, Visual Studio, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Linux, Oracle and SQL Server databases. May perform other duties as assigned. Education/Certifications: DoD 8570.01-M baseline certification that satisfies the IAT II level. Obtain and maintain a computing environment (CE) certification relevant to job duties, within 6 months of work start. Clearance: IT personnel security standard "IT-I" / Automated Data Processing designation "ADP-I"which requires a single scope background investigation - Interim Secret is allowed until full Secret clearance is granted. Top Secret may be required on a case by case basis as determined by the Government. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE FOR ALL POSITIONS: Experience supporting relevant Cybersecurity customers preferably in the Federal and DoD arena. Ability to work with a dynamic team of researchers, developers, scientists, and information security to ensure decisive capabilities for unified land operations to empower the Army, the joint warfighter and our nation as well as to provide innovative solutions to counter Weapons of Mass Destruction threats.
