Description Software Engineer Senior to work in Alexandria, VA: Participate in daily scrum standup meetings in order to provide software application development updates. Design and develop business application software components as assigned through JIRA or Service Now. Remote control USPTO servers in the Integration (INT) and Test (TST) environments prior to any release deployment or configuration changes. Test developed software in a variety of circumstances to test its performance and to support application release activities. Review and analyze security audit findings in order to determine possible loopholes and to assure that the USPTO systems always meet stringent security requirements as well as identifying the appropriate issues, designing, developing, implementing and testing corrections across non-production environments.
