Peraton is seeking an Operations Analyst responsible for the development and execution of operations plans in support of efforts to protect from and respond to events and incidents affecting our Nation's critical infrastructure, key resources, and national critical functions. This position is contingent upon contract award. Lead and support efforts to integrate and incorporate capabilities into planned operations Support efforts to translate operations plans into executable tactical action Assess the operational effectiveness of mission plans and exercise scenarios involving the incorporation of organic and augmented technical capabilities Support and participate in the evaluation and analysis of mission alternatives Develop operational requirements for the employment of technical capabilities in support of cyber events, incidents, or exercise scenarios Inform operational plans of action on the utility and effectiveness of technical capabilities against mission objectives, develop measures of effectiveness, and prioritize objectives Support senior leader operational decisional making through the evaluation and consideration of various courses of action, planned objectives, and stakeholder equities Drive and field operational information requirements internal and external to the organization and coordinate with various stakeholders and groups at all levels of staff Participate in the development of concept of operations and similar efforts where information regarding the employment of technical capabilities is required Review and prepare for internal and external staff various documents, correspondence, and presentations and briefings of varying scope and technical complexity Perform capability analysis, mission gap analysis, and inform the development and alignment of operational objectives to strategic and operational intent Coordinate and deconflict operational activities and the employment of tactical capabilities with inter and intra-agency staff and with the private sector community Support the operations planning process, internal and external exercise planning efforts and scenario development, and the development and refining of individual and collective operations team training Coordinate and staff actions across all levels of staff internal and external to the agency Assume additional responsibilities, as required Required Qualifications You have a Bachelor's Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience You have an active TS clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI and agency suitability Peraton drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy.
